Former President Donald Trump will make his first campaign appearance in Pennsylvania this Friday.
The Republican frontrunner will be appearing at The Great American Outdoor Show at the Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg. The event is being advertised as a Presidential Forum and will feature Trump as well as other members at large in the NRA.
The Great American Outdoor Show is the world's largest outdoor show and saw an attendance of over 200,000 in 2023. NRA President Charles Cotton said in a statement, "President Trump's unwavering support for the Second Amendment, and his track record of protecting the rights of gun owners make him an exemplary speaker for this momentous event. His fellow NRA members can’t wait to hear from him for the eighth time.”
The former president is expected to make several stops in Pennsylvania throughout the remainder of the year in his quest to return to the White House. President Joe Biden was able to flip the state for the Democrats with 50.0% of the vote over Trump's 48.8%, according to 270ToWin.com.
President Biden appeared in the state earlier in January when touring businesses in Allentown.
The NRA Presidential Forum will begin at 5 p.m., with doors opening to the Large Arena at 3 p.m.
