The Men's Basketball team equaled a school record in Wednesday night's game against Cheyney University at Heiges Field House.

The Raiders dominated the Wolves with a final score of 116-71, matching the record set against Messiah University back in 1976. Additionally, the Raiders broke the school record for threes, hitting 20 overall.

Senior Ty Holsopple concluded the game with a career-best performance of 20 points. The game also featured double-digit figures from Redshirt Freshman Markus Frank, junior Kyle Whippen, and sophomore Donovan Hill.

The team achieved season highs for scoring, rebounds, and assists. Regarding their 27 assists, it marked the most since their win over Penn State Lehigh in 2014.

This victory marked the Raiders' first win after an eight-game losing streak, bringing their record to 6-14. They will face Bloomsburg at Heiges Field House on Saturday at 3 p.m.
