The Shippensburg Rec Center is hosting a variety of fitness activities planned for students who are looking to burn off some extra energy or stay in shape.
The fitness schedule for this semester includes yoga, spinning, conditioning craze, spin and sculpt, and cardio kickboxing.
Conditioning craze is an hour-long class including 30 minutes of spin and 30 minutes of light to medium weights. Yoga classes will help you build your strength, find your balance, and stretch your muscles all in one hour. The cycling craze will help you build endurance and strengthen your entire body. The class features movements like climbs and sprints. Cardio kickboxing is kickboxing with an intense full-body workout to powerful music.
If you are worried about your availability, there are four different instructors are holding three classes each day. The classes are held at various times Monday through Friday.
For an exact schedule of class times, you can go on Campus Groups or visit the posters throughout the rec. You can also visit their Instagram @shiprecreation.
